I’m Liam Decareaux, a System Administrator at NOMMA. I manage Linux servers, administer Microsoft 365 environments, and provide desktop support for staff and students in a K‑12 setting. I have four years of IT experience — two years as a Desktop Support Technician and two years as a System Administrator.
I enjoy fixing technical issues and helping people whenever I can. Whether it’s troubleshooting a stubborn server, rolling out a new M365 policy, or helping someone recover a lost file, I take pride in keeping systems running smoothly so the people who rely on them can do their work without friction.
My day-to-day is deep in IT operations — maintaining server infrastructure, handling user support requests, and finding practical ways to make the environment more reliable and secure.

Why This Blog?
I created this blog to post about fun projects I’m working on at home or at work, and to use it as documentation for myself and others. If a solution took two hours to figure out, it belongs here — so the next time the same problem comes up, the answer is already written down.
